If you are on twitter for the right reasons (social) you will surely be interested in followers, if you know what I mean. You may follow as many people as you possibly can but if your tweets are only visible on your TL (I mean TimeLine), you will most likely not enjoy tweeting. In as much as Twitter is a social platform and every user is allowed the freedom to tweet whatever they want, tweets about meals have never been the kind to attract followers. Value in tweets is the main source of interest for tweet buddy loyalty.
There are many other factors that contribute to significant following including your bio which revolves around creating a relevant inkling to other users. This is just basic because it’s what you would do if anyone is asking you to follow them. How to Deal With Eye Strain Especially in Dark Rooms
Technology has brought a plethora of options by which people can enjoy multimedia content be it in form of the most craved for HD TVs or portable Tablets, Laptops and Smartphones. The human eye however has not been able to ‘evolve’ to the pace of technological innovation. This has hence been the cause of various eye problems for resulting from extended periods of enjoying the ever-interesting eye candy. Many people may realize that their eyes starts to hurt after some time spent watching content on screens.
It is important to understand that this is a common problem affecting many people and if you are a victim, your first reaction should be to consult an eye doctor. Once they do a check up and establish that your eyes are okay then the problem must be the screen or presumably the habit. In most instances, eye strain may develop when watching content from small and bright displays while in a dark room. The darkness in the room makes the irises to expand in order to collect as much light as possible (which is actually their work). Since the display(s) take a tiny percentage of the whole field of view, there is little effect on the irises expansion. The light being radiated form the screen therefore hits the eyes tenfold and may result in eye and head aches. The effects are furthermore linked to fatigue of the eyes which is rarely connected to the body.
In this case, and from a non-doctor’s perspective, the best relief is to check the settings of the display you are using and adjusting the brightness. The default settings in most cases are set for day-usage and therefore are not suitable for dark rooms. Reducing the light emission will make it easier on your eyes thus better to watch. TVs have better control features such as backlight control and contrast balance which effectively work to lower the total light being outputted.
The other solution to this problem is to leave the lights in the room on. This comes as a second option for obvious reasons; most people like to watch movies in the dark. For bloggers and writers on the other hand, this might just be the first step. If this is not possible for some reason, it can be a great idea to invest in lamp that can be placed behind the display. This balances the light in the room and makes it more tolerable for your eyes. Other than these, you can also invest on a bigger screen or maybe a projector for a much more increased field of view.
